Meet the Team
-

Clay Whitson
Clay is a familiar face in Nashville real estate, with a journey that started early—he completed his first historic renovation flip while still in college and never really looked back. As a local investor and entrepreneur with nearly a decade of experience in the Nashville market, he brings a deep well of knowledge and a steady, boots-on-the-ground perspective to the team.
His passion for historic homes and thoughtful renovation is matched only by his love for the city itself. When he’s not working with clients or scouting new projects, you can usually find him out and about—trying new restaurants, supporting local businesses, or catching up with friends at community events. Clay is deeply plugged into the Nashville community, and that connection is a huge part of what makes him such an effective advisor and advocate for clients.

Elizabeth Whitson
Elizabeth brings a strong marketing foundation to her work in real estate, having graduated from Harpeth Hall, the University of Georgia, and Vanderbilt’s Master of Marketing program before building a career in marketing and the music industry. Those experiences shape the creative, strategic, and relationship-driven way she approaches every client.
Her eye for homes and design comes from years spent shadowing her mother, Jeannette Whitson of Garden Variety Design. That exposure to thoughtful interiors and historic architecture gives her a natural ability to spot potential in a property and guide clients through both the aesthetic and practical sides of a home.
Outside of work, you’ll often find her at a concert, trying new restaurants, or running the trails at Percy Warner Park with her dog, Moose—staying connected to the community she loves.
